I've spent twenty‑five years inside other people's homes — walking their hallways, listening to their worries, and helping them make decisions that shaped their stability. In property management, real estate investment, and interior design, I watched everyday women try to build something solid: a home, a future, a little breathing room.

But the market shifted. Corporate investors bought entire neighborhoods overnight, institutional buyers came in with cash offers no single woman could compete with, and speculators chased quick flips instead of long‑term value. Women were pushed to the margins, overwhelmed by rising costs and convinced they weren't "qualified" to create a home that truly supported their life.

"A woman's home should be the one place she never loses ground."

That's why I built Sanctuary and Sage Home. Not as another design brand, but as a way to give women back the knowledge that was quietly taken from them. I translated everything I learned in those male‑dominated, high‑barrier industries — investor‑level renovation strategy, value‑building design, budget‑smart planning — into simple, guided digital tools any woman can use.

Because when a woman increases her home's value by even 6–10%, she's not just decorating. She's building equity, stability, and financial independence.

Sanctuary and Sage Home is my way of saying: you deserve a home that gives back to you. You don't need a real estate empire or a trust fund. You just need the right guidance, delivered with heart.
